About this contract

Learning Management System and E-Learning Authoring tool The Driver and Vehicle Safety Agency (DVSA) is seeking to procure a fully hosted Learning management system for the delivery of bespoke course material to internal testing technical staff - Vehicle Standards Assessors, Vehicle Examiners, Driving Examiners & new entrants. he Authority also seeks to procure an E-Learning Authoring Tool that allows for the creation, editing and uploading of DVSA specific course content to the Learning management system. This Procurement will establish Supplier Contracts for the purchase of a Learning Management System and Authoring Tool. The requirement has been divided into two lots which can be fulfilled by a single supplier or two supplier contracts (one per lot). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
