About this contract

Repair works to bring void properties back to a defined lettable standard throughout the district of Ashfield. Works will include remedial repair works and new installations such as Electrical, Kitchen replacements, Heating systems and Bathroom suites. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
