In addition to this, please note that the Tender is based on a minimum of 14 cuts per annum and the 14 specified on the spreadsheet is only used for calculation purposes only. Please ensure that costs on the summary sheet cover your costs for a minimum of 14 cuts, which could possibly be higher. Closing date for the 4 Tenders is Monday 20th January 2025 12:00pm. The contract will cover a 24-month period, with the option to extend by up to a further 24 months by agreement of both parties (subject to regular quality reviews).) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
