About this contract

"Design and Construction of Music, Television and Edit Studios within an existing University Building. The Works are to include all elements of a high performance facility including, but not limited to, sound isolation, room acoustics, appropriate lighting, quiet HVAC systems, Technical Furniture and a full Technical re-location and re-installation of existing audio and video equipment from the Stafford Campus. The installed acoustic performance must meet or exceed the ER specification and the successful contractor must be able to demonstrate, by way of previous projects, that they are fully experienced in specialist installations of this nature. The attached drawings provide a layout that has been agreed with the University user group and it is unlikely that any significant changes to that will be accepted. The Specialist Contractor will be required to undertake all aspects of the design and install including all M&E, finishes and Technical works."
