About this contract

The Client intends to establish a Framework of Contractors (maximum of three contractors) to assist their Repair Teams in the routine maintenance, repair and improvement of general building works to its housing stock. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
