Installation of external wall insulation to a small block of 4 flats at 47-49 Lancaster Gardens, Southend on Sea. The Block consist of 4 flats each with their own street door which are located to front and both sides of the building. The building is Victoria two storey building with a pitched roof together with a flat roof extension attached to the left of the main block. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
