About this contract
Ordnance Survey is looking to commission a full-service research agency to conduct product and pricing research, over the course of 12 months, with existing/potential business customers and partners. To be considered as a supplier for this project, submissions need to be from research agencies that are: •Members of the MRS •Conduct research as a core/main part of their business •Experienced in conducting pricing analysis and product research •Experienced in conducting B2B research There are 5 product areas/propositions that OS want to investigate over 2019/2020. The aim is to test each product category individually starting initially with one of the core products OS provides to businesses and government. The desired outcome of the research is to understand how to develop existing product propositions to ensure they remain relevant for business growth. This will include understanding reactions to our existing products, new propositions and analysing the price elasticity of demand for products. The tender document contains sensitive information for OS and therefore will only be released on the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. To obtain the tender document, the NDA will need to be signed and return via Delta. Then the tender documents will be sent to the supplier via Delta. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
