About this contract

Successful delivery of OS' strategic ambitions will be achieved through cultural ways of working that enable performance, and through embedding behaviours that drive agility, focus, and customer centricity. These are core elements of the culture change we are expecting to create. We are looking for a partner to support us in a range of culture and organisational development initiatives and strategies that will help to achieve cultural behaviours and ways of working in the 2020 and 2023 target. You will support OS to design, set-up, and deliver a compelling change roadmap to evolve the cultural drivers so OS can deliver on its strategy and purpose. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
