About this contract

Stewart Lodge, Yeatman Hospital, Hospital Lane, Sherborne, Dorset, DT9 3JU This is a two phased project. Note that works dates are for phase I and phase II Phase I is to undertake refurbishment works to the 2nd floor of the main Yeatman hospital building to provide administrative and consultation rooms for staff existing within Stewart Lodge and other areas. Once Phase I is completed and remaining staff moved out of Stewart Lodge, a major refurbishment of the area is to take place, this is to include some structural changes, major M&E pipework and electrical installation, flooring, decorations and installation of new air conditioning unit in one of the areas. Also included is the installation of a nurse/panic alarm system, CCTV and new phone network to link to main reception. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
