About this contract

Strip-out of the existing boilerplant with the boiler flues, LPHW services, local gassupplies and electrical services in 2 stages as the hot water service plant is replaced whilst one of the existing boilers continues to provide the heat source for the HWS. Installation of the first new hot water generator with its flue and local gas, cold feed and HWS F&R pipework connections Installation of a new plant control panel and electrical services from the new control panel to the first hot water generator, its HWS destratification pump, the new HWSreturn circulation pump and the new gas safety valve. Commissioning of the first new hot water generator. Please refer to specification for full description of works. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
