About this contract

There is a need to ensure an optimised capability for screening passengers and their luggage in situ on public transport for threat materials and items using search dogs. There is extensive evidence that dogs can search people, buildings and vehicles for the presence of threat material and items. This study looks to evaluate the effectiveness of search dogs when used to detect target materials and items concealed in all of these scenarios.
