Rochford District Council is undertaking a soft market testing exercise to explore options of a procurement of a safe and secure company to undertake the collection, counting and banking of bulk coin from the 21 Pay & Display Car Park machines located across 11 car parks within the district, up to 3 times per week. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
