NOTE: This notice was updated on 20 July 2018 for the following reason: Change to Deadline for Expression of InterestThis service is a referral and assessment system and energy efficiency measures visit set up for vulnerable clients identified in the community who require further assistance from a variety of providers. The service is split into four key components: Single point contact centre; •Energy efficiency and healthy lifestyles advice visit; •Professional small measures Handy Person service; •The delivery of a Handy Person service to install energy efficiency measures; •Winter Calls programme. The service will operate within the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
