About this contract

Coast and Country Housing are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the re-roofing works to 19nr properties in the Teesside Area. The works are expected to start early mid September 2018. The appointed contractor is required to work as a Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations 2015. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
