About this contract

Coast and Country Housing are seeking contractors to work on various domestic garage sites in the Teesside area. The tender has been split into two lots where interested parties can bid for either both lots or individual lots as desired. With both lots we are seeking a contractor to work as a Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations 2015. Lot 1 - Consisting of the demolish of 96No. Garages including the reinstatement works to existing bases to eliminate trip hazards and the maintaining of boundaries across seven locations in the Skelton, Redcar and Middlesbrough areas of Teesside. Lot 2 - Consists of the surveying and refurbishment of 76No. Garages to provide a garage which is fit for purpose for our customers. Works are programmed to start early January 2018 and complete before the end of March 2018. The access code for Lot 1 is: S6CYN92H6N The access code for Lot 2 is Z99W5J7D3F Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
