About this contract

Dorset HealthCare NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) requires a Patient Experience feedback service for collecting and reporting real time feedback from service users, carers, families and staff. The selected supplier of this service will be an experienced market research organisation who has previously worked to deliver a patient experience feedback service by capturing and reporting on feedback in healthcare settings. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
