About this contract

George Eliot NHS Trust wishes to engage the services of suitable, reputable and experienced contractor for the enhancement to the existing courtyard adjacent to the Bob Jakin Ward, CCU and A&E Link Corridor to form the new Serenity Garden. The anticipated start date will be November 2019, with completion due for Spring 2020. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
