About this contract
Teesside University (TU) wish to procure a specialist CX consultant / agency to support the development of a TU Group Customer Experience Strategy - the work has been split into the delivery of the following two objectives: 1.To develop a clear understanding of TU Group's current position with regards Customer Experience. 2.To develop a TU Group overarching Customer Experience (CX) Strategy Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
