About this contract
The contract will be in the name of Teesside University (the "Client") Borough Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 3BX. The School of Health & Life Sciences within Teesside University is undertaking a clinical research project requiring contacting and recruiting participants; onboarding and obtaining informed consent; collecting data directly from individuals; adverse event reporting; data access control; randomisation; and storing data securely in compliance with UK regulations (including GDPR and NHS Digital standards). We are seeking to procure a digital platform or service provider with expertise in clinical research data management. The project is: A pilot feasibility, multi-centre, randomised controlled trial of Balance Training following Pulmonary Rehabilitation on balance in people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
