About this contract

Replacement of flat roof coverings at Steddys Court. The main roof has been designated for the purpose of this tender into three areas (A to C) with the works required being as follows: •Roof A (Replaced) - Finishing works (termination bars, clearance etc.) required. •Roof B (Partially Complete) - The area is to be cleared of any stored material and debris with the materials disposed of. •Roof B (Partially Complete) – Finishing works (completion) required. However there will be a provisional item to core sample to ensure still dry beneath and if necessary the roof area will be stripped completely, insulated and new coverings applied. •Roof C and Link (Original) – To be cleared, fully stripped, insulated and new roof coverings applied. The lift motor room roof is also to be fully stripped and new roof coverings applied. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
