About this contract

The scope of works will include the repairs and renewal of the following elements: •Communal Parking Areas surfaces, retaining and boundary walls •Paving to estate areas •Estate retaining walls and boundary walls •Structural brickwork repairs Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
