About this contract

The procurement exercise will tender works for various LOTs as listed below: oLOT 1 - Electrical - fault finding, reactive repairs and inspection oLOT 2 - Roofing - flat roof and pitched roof repair and replacement (including canopies) oLOT 3 - General Builder - Paving, brickwork, concrete, flooring, glazing, decorating, carpentry & plumbing oLOT 4 - Fencing - repair and replacement oLOT 5 - Scaffolding & Access oLOT 6 - Minor Aids and Adaptations oLOT 7 - Gas inspection and maintenance for Voids and Planned Maintenance We are looking to appoint multiple contractors to each LOT, to assist our direct labour teams in delivering reactive repairs, void works, adaptations, planned works and major repairs. We will undertaken an open procurement route, including leasehold consultation. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
