About this contract

RLWC2021 is seeking to appoint a partner (or partners) to maximise the commercial opportunities in Licensing, Merchandising and Retail (LM&R) in various channels for the Rugby League World Cup 2021. The chosen partner(s) will be appointed on a fixed-term contract, to finalise and enhance the LM&R strategy and to activate/manage the subsequent delivery of agreed commercial activities. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
