About this contract

1. Undertake full strip out of Hospital Radio Bungalow situated in Calnwood Road. Reinstate environment to provide new office accommodation. 2. Refurbish existing office 41m sq, located in main hospital on ground floor of Kitchen corridor. Space to be benched out to provide hot desking environment. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
