About this contract

Works consist of the demolition of one consulting room, plus electrical and mechanical strip-out, to create a larger waiting area. Waiting area and circulation throughout to be redecorated with new flooring as per plan. One ticket machine to be moved to new location outside of waiting area. Beam seating to be installed outside of the waiting area. New LED lighting to be installed throughout waiting area. Redecoration of one office to become a clinical room. All works must be priced out of hours- weekend and overnight. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
