About this contract

This project will see the refurbishment of the existing reception area to create more storage and work stations. The project will include demolition and refurbishment works within in a live 24 hour, 7 day a week clean laboratory environment. The program to deliver these works will have to be phased to ensure minimum disruption of laboratory business. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
