About this contract

The proposed works is a partial internal redesign and refurbishment of the existing Imaging Department located on the first floor of Block 51 and 59 of the Luton & Dunstable University Hospital., Lewsey Road, Luton, LU4 0DZ. The project includes the demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, door sets, sanitary ware and finishes. The proposed works include the construction of new partitions, door sets, ceilings, sanitary ware and finishes. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
