About this contract

Cleaning of all ventilation systems are to be carried out using the methods detailed in The Building & Engineering Services' Association (B&ES) Guide to Good Practice 'Cleanliness of Ventilation Systems TR/19'. This would include a combination of dry and wet methods 'as appropriate' to meet or exceed the post clean verification standard prescribed within TR/19 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
