About this contract

Servicing, Responsive Repair, and Maintenance of Passenger Lifts in Sheltered Housing Schemes across the Waveney Area Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.Interested parties should note that the Council will be placing great emphasis on previous experience and health and safety, to that end Bidders will be required to achieve a minimum threshold score of "Satisfactory" in respect of each of the following contract award criteria "Servicing and Maintenance", "Responsive Repair", "Health and Safety" and "Comparable Experience/Expertise". Interested parties should also note that Bidders will be required to achieve a minimum threshold assessment of "Pass" in respect of each of the following contract award criteria "Format of Bid Response", "Details of Bidder", "Declaration of Interest", "Financial Information", "Insurance", "Financial Viability" and "Pricing Template" Any contract awarded as a result of this notice will be for a period of three (3) years, subject to satisfactory performance against service levels which will be set out in the tender documentation or a maximum contract spend of one hundred and eighty thousand pounds (£180,000), whichever comes first
