About this contract
Wandle Housing Association Limited (Wandle) sourcing for experiences and suitable cleaning service provider for the Wandle Office Cleaning and Auxiliary Services 2019 - 2021,with contract on site start date in June 2019. Wandle's office at London Bridge on the 2nd floor of Minerva House provides desks, offices for Directors and meeting rooms. In total we have approximately 170 employees. Areas to be cleaned: Reception Area and 2 Interview Rooms ('blue' room and 'green' room); Main Office Areas; Offices and Meeting Rooms; Kitchen, Tea-point and 'Breakout' Areas; Shower Rooms. Also, this contract is looking to include office daily rubbish recycling, handy-man service (as and when required) and bulk office rubbish removal (as and when required). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
