About this contract

The V&A is looking for agencies with expertise across both SEO and digital paid media to support the V&A's core activities and deliver actionable insights and reporting to improve performance. This contract will support both revenue growth and brand awareness for all aspects of the V&A, including the V&A in South Kensington, Museum of Childhood and V&A Dundee and areas such as the collections, V&A shop and membership. Our strategic priorities are to: •Increase search engine visibility for the V&A and its commercial and non-commercial activity. •Increase traffic to and conversions in the online shop •Increase ticket sales for all events, particularly for commercial programmes such as the V&A Academy (adult leisure learning and professional development courses) •Raise the profile and increase sales of V&A Membership •Drive visits from our key international markets: China, Europe and USA •Raise the profile and visibility of the V&A as a tourist destination •Raise the profile and visibility of the V&A families offer to encourage visits If you're interested, please log on to Delta at https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/9B2DZJ3MP4 to view some more information, including details of how to get in touch.
