About this contract

As a registered charity, the NMC is required to comply with all reporting regulations with regard to the Charities Act including the filing of its accounts by the 31st January statutory deadline. The NMC also receives further direction from H.M.Treasury and is obliged to comply with such disclosures and accounting requirements that H.M.Treasury may issue from time to time. The NMC seeks to appoint Registered Auditors to deliver the annual statutory audit Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
