About this contract

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) is seeking to appoint a Supplier to undertake research into the press market, both in the UK and globally. In particular we would like to understand: 1) The relationship between local news consumption and democratic engagement. 2) The different forms of government support, including subsidies, that the press industry receives in other jurisdictions. Refer to the ITT for additional information. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
