About this contract
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is conducting an investigation into the retail banking market. The investigation covers both personal current accounts (PCAs) for individuals and banking for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) including business current accounts (BCAs) and loans. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Please note that full proposals will be required by the deadline of 16:00 on 14 October 2015. The contract start date is indicative only. The contract may commence up to 10 working days before the date provided
