NOTE: This notice was updated on 27 July 2020 for the following reason: Lack of response to original tender - contractor not suitable having moderated at SQ stage. Tender documentation updated, and tender re-commissioned.(St Mungos are seeking to appoint a main contractor to deliver the replacement of ventilation systems throughout 1 Hilldrop Road. Mechanical ventilation systems are in place to serve the following key areas: •Commercial catering Kitchen •Bathroom facilities for residents and staff accommodation •To serve the large communal lounge facility The contractor will be procured via a procedure using the DELTA Portal, and St Mungo's will enter into a JCT Minor Works with the following Contractor Design: 1.Metal support systems, mountings and bracketry 2.Building Management Systems 3.Drywall systems and associated fixings. 4.Gas safe systems) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
