About this contract

Contract to run a series of public telephone polls on residents' satisfaction with local councils, and related topics of interest, using a set of verified questions to support the Local Government Association's work on efficiency, transparency and innovation. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
