About this contract
NOTE: This notice was updated on 24 October 2019 for the following reason: The notice has been updated to include the participation of SME's. An additional information has been included advising bidders to submit their bids via the e-tendering portal(We want all of our people to be upskilled having performance conversations both as performance managers leading the conversations and individuals on the receiving end taking greater ownership of the conversation as well as for their development and careers. We want the focus of the conversation to be on learning and growth in a way that leaves people feeling valued and clear about short term and longer term steps to take towards high performance and career progression. The focus for this blended leanring approach will be performance managers - and must be one that creates behaviour change by giving them the theory behind motivation and what drives performance improvement and provides them with new skills for how to have more impactful, in the moment, frequent and high-quality conversations. We are looking for a blended learning solution that consists of bite-size learning, delivered to performance managers before this years' round of appraisal conversations commence in January 2020. The learning has to be short, sharp and impactful and accessible through their laptops, smartphones or tablets and does not require them to attend classroom based training)
