About this contract

Contractors are invited to 'express an interest' in providing regular and systematic electrical maintenance and repair works together with new installations for Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) for a 3 year period with an option for 2 further years by agreement between both parties. These works are to be carried out at Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace and Kew Palace in London. Works are to be valued in accordance with the appropriate PSA Schedule of Rates which is to be updated by tendered percentage adjustment (plus or minus). The Form of Contract will be the JCT Standard Form for Measured Term Contracts 2011 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
