About this contract

The Department requires a suitably experienced supplier to deliver a programme of training to give a solid grounding & understanding of how to deliver change - centred on smart working - to an initial cadre of up to 24 Department Changemakers (we anticipate this being delivered in 2 tranches with up to 12 delegates in each; although other solutions may be appropriate). This training should address the practical, organisational and behavioural challenges in introducing Smart Working. The training delivery should be highly practical; ideally mixing classroom and workshop learning with supporting homework and practical experience, equipping delegates to explore, analyse, plan, deliver and sustain smart working in their own team Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
