About this contract
The Office for Civil Society (OCS) at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS is leading a project to develop an improved network of investment into underserved communities. The purpose of this invitation to tender is to appoint a supplier for a key component of the work: 'deep-dives' into 4-6 geographical areas. This project requires the supplier to have the capability and capacity to fulfill the intensive local fieldwork, to provide a deep level of analysis; and to synthesise findings into a conclusive report. It is crucial that the supplier is able to work with and through organisations at a very local level. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
