About this contract

St Mungo's Community Housing Association (St Mungo's) is seeking a Design and Build contractor to deliver the redevelopment of 113 Cedars Road and 115 Cedars Road, London, SW4 0PW. The site will provide approximately 250 square metres of Internal refurbishment/remodelling works to form new residential accommodation plus circulation and office space. The project provides an outstanding opportunity for a Design and Build partner to work alongside St Mungo's. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
