About this contract

The CMA's role is to promote competition for the benefit of consumers. It is essential that its staff are kept appraised of changes and developments in the law of competition as it relates to both the UK and EU. The requirement is for the provision of annual update training session(s) on developments in UK and EU Competition Law to CMA staff. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
