About this contract
The works comprise of the installation and maintenance of 202m² planter style reed beds using plant plugs in uneven numbers at a rate of 11 plugs per square metre of common reed (phragmites australis), and wetland wildflowers comprising, common sedge (40%), lesser pond sedge (17%), meadowsweet (5%), purple loosestrife (5%), reed sweet grass (5%), ragged robin (5%), yellow flag iris (15%), greater burnet (5%) and cuckooflower (3%). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
