DCMS is seeking Client Representative and Project Management services: •to support the development of proposals to be considered by the Panel (in line with the specification of the artist's brief, and in conjunction with the National Memorial Arboretum); and, •to represent DCMS in working with the selected artist during production to ensure a high quality product, delivered on time and to budget. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
