About this contract

NOTE: This notice was updated on 30 October 2017 for the following reason: Closing date change from noon 8th November to noon 16th November.We require a supplier to consider how to measure partnership outputs, outcomes and impacts. This should consider the measurement of financial impacts (incremental and other) but should also quantify the other benefits that partnership activity may have for our wider organisational objectives. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
