About this contract

VisitEngland is looking for suggestions, logistical and or/financial support from a host destination in our search for a venue (or venues) to host the VEAE 2020 event. Unlike previous years, we will not be holding a traditional sit-down gala awards ceremony. In June 2020 we will be hosting a Learning Expo in which all of the eligible winners from 18 local and regional competitions will be invited to attend (approximately 400 businesses), followed by an awards presentation event for all of the shortlisted national winners (approximately 200-220 guests). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
