The Big Lottery Fund in Wales is seeking a Service Provider to assist with involving the public in deciding upon our future thematic priorities for 2019 - 2021, using quantitative methods. As Wales' leading community funder it's important we engage the wider public about our future thematic priorities. We want to listen and respond to what matters most to the communities we serve and in doing so source the services of a professional consumer and insight provider. Through this contract we want to ensure we involve the wider public in a process that enables us to gather their views on what matters most to them. Please note that tender documents will be made available in English and Welsh. Likewise bids will be accepted in English and/or Welsh. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
