About this contract

Research services. The Digital Skills and Inclusion Team within DCMS is looking for a Supplier to conduct a robust quantitative assessment of the data skills gap in the UK. The Supplier will lead on a comprehensive review of the data skills gap, gathering and assessing the existing evidence in this area and bringing together key stakeholders as appropriate to establish a robust definition and quantitative measure of the size of the UK data skills gap, where possible also reporting on this at regional level. The assessment will use to address the following questions. Defining the data skills gap: Measuring the data skills gap: Key drivers and areas of future demand for data skills: Shelf-life of the reported data skills gap Additional information: Tenders must be submitted via the Delta e-sourcing portal to be received no later than 15:00hrs (GMT), 13th January 2020 (the deadline for receipt of Tender Responses). The budget for this project is in the range of £45,000 to £60,000 exclusive of VAT. Please note that, while not the only criteria, pricing is a key element of our evaluation criteria.
