About this contract

The DCMS Commonwealth Games Delivery Unit (CGDU) is working with cities to determine the feasibility of a UK bid. The CGDU wishes to appoint an organisation to provide an expert assessment of the commercial income opportunities associated.The successful Tenderer won't be required to evaluate the cities' proposals, but assess and evaluate the available commercial rights associated with each plan, to inform cities' final proposals. The successful Tenderer will lead discussions with the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) regarding its commercial framework and provide the CGDU with a detailed assessment of the impact of the framework on potential commercial strategies for the Games. The successful Tenderer will be provided with a point of contact at the CGF. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
