About this contract

The University of Liverpool has recently initiated a Finance Functional Review. One workstream within the Review is our Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes and a key requirement of any improved system would be an E-Marketplace. Consequently you are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of an E-Marketplace platform as detailed in document B, our Specification and Further Particulars. The resulting contract will be for a 3 year period with the option for it to be extended for up to 2 years. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
